Terms & Conditions

The giveaway is run by Top Doctors Group ("the Promoter").

To enter, participants must scan the QR code at the Future Health Summit in Dublin and fill out their details via the provided link. Each participant is allowed only one entry.

The giveaway will close at 17:30 on Wednesday 27 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced during the Networking Drinks Reception sponsored by Top Doctors Group at 18:00 on Wednesday 27 May 2026. The winner must be present at the Networking Drinks Reception to claim the prize. If the selected winner is not present, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

There is no cash alternative to the prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize will be a hamper containing products from Ireland and Spain. Details of the prize may vary at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by the Promoter solely for the administration of the giveaway and related communications where consent has been provided. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable GDPR and Irish data protection laws, and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify any participant found to have used fraudulent, automated, or otherwise dishonest means to generate entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the giveaway at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries due to technical failures or any other circumstances outside its reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

By entering the giveaway, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
